As managing partner of the firm founded in 1992, Myron has strived to grow the business by building relationships with his clients and their advisors. There is no substitute for experience that makes complex issues understandable and difficult situations manageable. His clients value the time taken to understand their needs. He believes that trust is earned. Myron focuses the company with efficient portfolio management systems, a disciplined research process and a client centric culture, which builds and sustains wealth.

Prior to starting the firm with his father, Raeman, he was Vice President of Computer Aided Planning and National Account Sales Manager for Herman Miller, Inc., Zeeland, Michigan. His business career started with Burlington Industries, in New York City and American Hospital Supply Corporation, in Evanston, Illinois where he was Regional Manager for ten states, later becoming their National Accounts Manager.

Myron served as Chairperson of the Vermont Council on Economic Education; is a member of the Vermont CFA Society board of directors, the University of Vermont Alumni Association board of directors, and is the former Chairman of Northern Reliability, Inc. Myron is also an active member of several angel investing groups throughout Vermont.

In the past he has served on the board of directors for the Austine School, the Howard Center , the Burlington YMCA, as treasurer of the Conservation and Research Foundation, and as the Chairperson for New England Federal Credit Union, Marketing/Business Development Committee and 1st Vice Chair.

He enjoys boating at LCYC, skiing, swimming, reading, and participating in several investment groups.

Matthew Johnson, CFA

As Portfolio Manager, Matthew utilizes his wealth of business experience to contribute to InTrack Investment Management’s portfolio strategy and stock selection. He works with clients to help them achieve their goals by investing according to their values and risk tolerance. He is also responsible for overseeing the internship program and socially responsibility investing.

Matthews career history includes working in the Structured Finance group of Bombardiers Aerospace and Rail transportation divisions. As the Manager of Credit Assessment he conducted due diligence visits and was responsible for rating, tracking and monitoring customers, suppliers and partners. Earlier work experience includes positions at TD Banknorths Investment Group (formerly The Stratevest Group), State Street Corp, and Putnam Investments.

A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Matthew is a member of the South Burlington Rotary Club and the Richmond Congregational Church.

In his free time he enjoys skiing, tennis, ultimate Frisbee, and gardening.

Brandon D. Tieso

Chief Compliance Officer & Operations Manager

Brandon joined InTrack Investment Management in 2022 as the Operations Manager. He manages day-to-day affairs in the South Burlington office with a focus on SEC regulatory compliance.

Born in Boston and raised in Vermont, Brandon graduated magna cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross and spent a year studying government and economics at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.

Brandon’s eclectic employment experience expands InTrack’s media and research services. After graduating from Holy Cross, Brandon was a producer for a nationally syndicated talk radio show in Boston. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he returned to Vermont and became a licensed private investigator.

His effervescent personality and diligent disposition provide InTrack’s clients with a valuable resource to solve any problem and make anyone’s day.

Brandon lives in Charlotte, Vermont with his standard poodle Athena and partner, Maureen. He enjoys reading military history, plane spotting, metal-detecting, canoeing, and cross-country skiing. Brandon is also a member of Charlotte's Development Review Board and a Commissioner for the Charlotte Recreation Commission.

Brett Peltzer, CFA, MBA

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Brett advises clients on their overall wealth management. The applications of his investment expertise include:

  • Wealth preservation strategies.

Focusing on relationships, Brett helps clients make financial decisions that support their goals and lifestyles. He is active in searching for new investment opportunities and keeping up with changing market environments

Brett has served as primary financial advisory to high net worth individuals and families, non-profit organizations, and business owners in a wide range of industries. Previously, he was a Senior Investment Officer at Ledyard National Bank in Hanover, New Hampshire.

He has been a member of the board of three non-profit organizations: Upper Valley Haven in White River Junction, VT; Hannah House in Lebanon, NH; and Camp Thorpe in Goshen, VT. He is currently a Trustee of Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, NH, and is a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts (NYSSA).

Brett received a BS degree from the University of Vermont in 1982 and a Masters of Business Administration in 1996 from the University of Vermont. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has completed all the CFP course work at Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.

Away from the office, Brett enjoys hiking, alpine & Nordic skiing, and biking.

Jan Ellen Peltzer

Jan is InTrack's office manager and a liaison between the firm and its clients.

With a rich background in education, management, and banking, Jan has developed a range of knowledge and skills that enable her to provide simple answers to complex questions. Her friendly manner and organizational skills ensure that our clients enjoy their experience with us and always have access to the information and resources they need.

Professional Background: Jan began her career in 1988 as a commercial credit analyst and commercial lender for Banknorth Group, taking on a position as a loan services supervisor in 1992. Between 1992 and 1994, she successfully standardized processes for six bank branches and centralized their commercial and personal loan operations. She took time off to raise a family and explore a variety of positions in local schools and bookstores. She returned to the workforce in earnest in 2005, taking a position at the Dartmouth College Library in the Acquisitions Department as an electronic resources specialist, where she worked with librarians, vendors, faculty and students in all aspects of purchasing, licensing, set up and access for the librarys electronic resources.

Jan was active in Dartmouth College Library committees including the Marketing Committee, Dartmouth College Library Staff Association, and programs geared towards familiarizing students with library resources. She participated in the HathiTrust, a partnership of major research institutions and libraries working toward building a digital archive of library materials. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont 1982.

Jan enjoys the seasons hiking in the fall, cross-country skiing in the winter, biking and gardening in the spring. In the summer you can usually find her with a book on the front porch.
