Schedule a Get Acquainted Meeting!
All of client interactions begin with an informal get acquainted conversation. This can happen by phone or email. On this call, we’ll ask you about your situation and your goals. We’ll also tell you about ourselves, why we started InTrack, and how we work with our client families on managing the financial areas of their lives. If we both feel like we have common goals and synergies, we’ll schedule a more in-depth meeting in person.
Before we meet with you in person, we’ll send you our InTrack financial planning survey and investor profile. This will give us a better understanding of your finances and how they support the life you want to live and any unforeseen changes that may occur. We want to get to know you and your family, your goals and aspirations, what you're trying to accomplish, if you support charities, your tolerance for risk and whether you like to consider social responsibility or sustainability in your investing. Then we’ll meet to discuss the survey and our initial observations.
Based on our meeting and the information we each share, we’ll make initial recommendations that are designed to address your unique situation and bring peace of mind to your financial life. We’ll tell you about how we work with clients and our fiduciary role in providing investment strategy and oversight. If it still seems like we’re on track in terms of synergy and fit, we’ll commit to working together.
After committing to work with one another, we’ll begin crafting a plan that is designed to help you achieve your lifestyle goals. That process begins with more reflection on the information you gave us and further conversations about your concerns, goals, and vision. We’ll recommend to you a detailed course of action for moving forward. This will include investment planning, risk management, and retirement planning. After a detailed review with you, and your approval, we’ll move forward with implementation of the plan.
Once we implement your financial plan, rest assured that we will constantly monitor it to be sure it’s performing to meet your goals. Periodically, and as needed, we make adjustments to the plan and investment strategy to make sure it’s in line with your goals.
As we move forward with our strategy and relationship, we invite to reach out to us with any unforeseen events. As an active partner in your financial life, our goal is to help you manage any bumps in the road as you move through life transitions.
A breach in cyber security is one of those life events that people are usually aware of but often just assume won’t happen to them.
In reality, internet security continues to be a major, society-wide issue. It often seems like it’s out of our hands, but there are actually quite a few things you can do to keep your data safe.
